西南交通大学教务处-教务之星2.1jiaowu.swjtu.edu.cn 教务处是本科教学和教务管理的职能部门。下设教学研究科、教材科、教材服务中心、质量与评估办公室、教务科、实践教学科、排课与考试中心 等七个机构。现有24名工作人员。 教务处的主要工作职责是： --制订本科专业人才培养方案，负责本科教学质量的监控、评价与教学改革项目的立项及管理工作； --负责本科教育的课程规划、教材建设、专业建设与管理工作； --负责本科生课程安排、考试安排、教室日常调度和学生学籍管理工作； --负责毕业生资格审核、证书管理、推荐免试攻读硕士学位研究生和各类学生的统计、上报及数据维护，办理出国成绩单、学历证明、学历认证及电子注册； --负责学生教学实习、生产实习和社会实践活动的组织与管理； --组织本科教学的质量评估和检查，负责本科教学管理信息系统及教学信息发布系统的规划建设与组织实施工作。 西南交通大学教务处于 1994 年、 1999 年两次被教育部评为“全国普通高等学校优秀教务处”，2011年获教育部全国高等教育学籍学历管理工作“先进集体”，2011年四川省教育系统“先进基层党组织”。 教务处办公地点：犀浦校区综合楼2楼222、224、225、226、227、228房间。
