中登网-动产融资统一登记公示系统www.zhongdengwang.org.cn人民银行征信中心2007年建立了动产融资统一登记公示系统（以下简称登记系统），主要提供应收账款质押、应收账款转让、融资租赁等动产担保的登记和查询服务。按照《民法典》《优化营商环境条例》以及《关于实施动产和权利担保统一登记的决定》的要求，中国人民银行征信中心自2021年1月1日起，提供全国动产和权利担保的统一登记和查询服务。登记的目的是告知其他主体该动产上已存在担保权的事实。
