全国ITAT教育工程网www.itat.com.cn全国信息技术应用培训教育工程（简称ITAT教育工程），是教育部教育管理信息中心于2000年5月26日启动的一项面向全国的普及性实用信息技术人才培养工程。通过与IT各领域优秀企业进行积极的合作，深入发掘IT技术的典型应用和最新进展，建立了集培训、考试和认证于一体的采用开放式的认证体系。ITAT教育工程的认证和培训项目包括单科、工程师和高级工程师三个级别。 ITAT教育工程主要面向全国各类大、中专院校在校生和希望就职于IT及相关行业的社会人员，通过建立遍布全国的授权培训基地，使学生通过专业、系统的培训，掌握就业必备的IT知识与技能，提升就业竞争力。通过认证考试的学员，可以获得由教育部教育管理信息中心颁发的ITAT技能认证证书。目前，工程已在全国各级各类院校、社会力量办学单位及企业中建立了400多家培训机构，培训规模超过460万人次，考试认证超过116万人次，为国家培养了大批的实用型信息技术人才。
